Pursuant to the Local Government Act 1974, Tenth Schedule, notice is hereby given that the Western Bay of Plenty District Council, for the purpose of Infrastructures Upgrade proposes to close the following road(s) to ordinary vehicular traffic for the period indicated hereunder.

Road to be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic:
Young Road – Between No. 73 Young Road (Seeka Transpack) and No. 148 Young Road

Period of closure:
23rd January 2026 7am – 30th April 2026 5pm

It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised permit to use the road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.
